To maintain the integrity of the 12 botanicals, the vapour infusion process was slowed down and distilled for a longer time, ensuring rich aromas and deeper flavours.

Tasting Notes

Nose:	Loud, highly aromatic nose with coriander and angelica
Palate:	Hibiscus and a light floral note up front, the mid-palate is angelica and juniper, becoming a bit peppery and earthier on the finish
