The fruit for this 2020 vintage was handpicked from our premium vineyards located on Tasmania’s East Coast and Tamar Valley, whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented. This wine perfectly displays the elements of cool climate Chardonnay with a zesty citrus finesse, mineral notes and sensational complexity complemented from its maturation time in French oak.
