The grapes come from the Casablanca Valley where cool sea breezes from the Pacific Ocean and abundant sunshine create perfect ripeness and balanced acidity, making it Chile’s premier white wine region. The grapes are hand-harvested, partly barrel-fermented and “aged sur-lie” for up to three months in stainless-steel tanks for complexity.
