"Birodonoaji" Junmai Ginjo is made from the underground water flowing from the Minami-Alps' Mt. Kaikoma, in the town famous for its water called "Hakushu". In order to achieve its fresh taste and wonderfully gentle Ginjo aroma, this sake has been carefully fermented in low temperatures for a long period of time.
